Anthony is a seasoned M&A professional who specializes in advising middle-market and privately-held companies, especially family-owned businesses, in their search of either a successful exit or targeted acquisition. He is a Certified Public Accountant, currently licensed in multiple states and provider of CPE for fellow CPAs. In addition, Anthony is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

 

After beginning his public accounting career with Deloitte, Anthony has since owned and operated several successful businesses including being the founding member of New York Business Brokerage, the legacy company to The NYBB Group, LLC. and NYBB Commercial Real Estate. Anthony remains a Senior Managing Partner with NYBB, where he continues to represent privately held companies as they look to sell what is typically their largest asset, their family-owned business, and often, the associated real estate. It is estimated that between 50% and 90% of the business owners net worth is trapped in their business.
